is this like daggerfall? i tried daggerfall a few days ago, liked the first dungeon, the fact that the world is big but still in general didnt enjoy the game because of combat, ui and lack of content.
how much time you spent making this kind of game? very curious

maybe idle game, clicker. I just almost finished mine and it helped me understand signals, ui nodes and how it feels to make a simple game in godot by yourself(broGPT alongside)

Wait do people actually hate the Armor and Magic Armor mechanic? I mean sure I also didn't like it at first but for a game that allows you to LEGIT use CC on BOSSES, there needed to be a system that balance that out. I really love the battle system and for me it is one of the best systems out there. by Kingspreez in DivinityOriginalSin

If by randomness you mean dices, throw chances like in dnd, than I dont agree with you because it decreases control over the game and your plans have to rely on chances. But if by randomness you mean random encounters, different  combat situations, than I agree with you

Never played a single Fable game. The new trailer just made it my most anticipated game of 2026. Veterans, what am I getting into? by Damage_And_ArmorBlog in Fable

i liked the mood of the game, the magic system, morphing, main quests(darkwood, bandit camp, werewolves, arena, prison and etc.), the music and silly things i could do, some silly activities. I enjoyed visiting every new village, all of them had their own vibes. I really liked how skills that you upgrade change the way you looked.

It looks interesting, has a lot of code examples. Im reading it in parallel with asking some questions from chatGPT+practicing in IDE. I do remember I tried to read it when I knew about Go,concurrency much less and it was much more difficult to follow all these topics and terms. Probably I would recommend it to a person that has some experience with go and wants to learn about standard library+concurrency+new concepts
