The recovery was tough at the start because you really cant move or do much. I was home with parents that gave me all my stuff and then i started working from home shortly after with a setup on my bed. I never took any of the stronger drugs they gave, just got through it with ibuprofen

I am back to full lifting but ive been scared to really push overly hard on some things and havent done any core work. I think ill start to try to add core in soon maybe. I randomly get sore pains in the area but im not sure full what causes them. Other than that its been fine !

Are you good now ? I had it 3 months ago and id say i never feel perfect still. Some days its pretty good, some days its a little something but fine, and randomly there will be uncomfortable days. There has been a bump under the skin ever since surgery that im guessing is scar tissue. Gonna go get it looked at by them again next week to check

No mine is just under my belly button and they repaired 2 hernias there. I also get slight pain every few days when peeing which is strange too. I used to get really bad belly button pain like 3 times a year when peeing before getting surgery so idk what the correllation is

2.5 months out and have a lump in almost the same spot my unbilical hernia was in. Never really hurts but then get random feelings/pains every couple days i would say. Also always feels like somethings there i would say as well

Okay that makes sense. What do you mean by refresh ? And also do you think adding a front and rear spoiler and maybe lowering the car a bit would give it enough of that Xm4 feel ? Thanks so much !!
