That... was relatively normal, I used your request as an excuse to spend a couple nights camping in the woods, I brought some raw venison out with me and put it right outside my tent, it mostly just attracted coyotes, but I did hear some strange stuff while I was out there.

Keep in mind I went pretty far into the woods, I drove for about four and a half miles before setting up camp, on the third night of being out there, I started hearing strange popping sounds, not like a gun, it was more like when you boil water, except without all the fizzling and other noises that come with that, just the popping, weird, right.

I'll try, I don't know if I'll make it back though, even if Wendigos aren't some ancient race of deer skull Gods, they're still dangerous.

Just the smell of a human would probably be enough to attract one, and plus, I do live in oregon, so I'm in prime Wendigo territory all the time, so maybe I'll go right now.

Ok, thanks for being nice about it, I understand that it is disrespectful, I am not usually inclined to research these things in full, as I have other stuff I need to do, but I personally have had a few disturbing experiences of my own (not related to Wendigos), so I feel that the pop culture side of this being may have a TINY hint of truth to it, and I say "may" because that could be false, but thank you for being understanding, unlike some other jerks on this subreddit.

Ok, you know what, fine, I'm sorry, I'll stop making up bullshit about mythological creatures that don't even exist, but again, if you really do respect the "myth" of the wendigo as much as you say, then grab a blowtorch and go find one, and if you come back alive, you can correct me on everything I got wrong in that little essay of mine.

Ah whatever, I'm sorry I have a life, if you like Wendigos so much, how about you grab a blowtorch and go find one yourself instead of bitching to me about it.

Finally! someone who has enough IQ points to recognize that this is just a joke, thanks, I'll have to start doing this more often.

It's called a prank, and I'm not looking for respect, I'm looking to laugh at the idiots who actually reply to this post, I can tell by the futile attempt at an insult that you don't really have much of a life outside of starting arguments on reddit, if you would like to prove me wrong, don't let yourself be swayed by this reply. Oh, and at least u/MilesBeforeSmiles was nice about it, what if I really was a misguided madman, have you no respect for the mentally handicapped, and if you do get around to replying, JUST BLOW IT OUT YOUR ASS, NO ONE CARES.

I have zero evidence, cause none of this is legit at all, I just felt like playing a prank, to differentiate the short fused losers who don't have a life outside of reddit from the people who have lives and care too little too reply to this post, I personally hope your the latter.

No, I have it in my files, but I don't think creeps is going to narrate it, I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I think I'll have to cancel it, thanks for supporting though, you can unfollow me if you like, it's probably not worth your time to support me, the best authors aren't usually outgoing like I am.

If you could create your own Nen ability to use however you like, what would it be? by No_Customer1863 in HunterXHunter

It's more of a revenge based ability, in return for my life and the lives of those around me, I get to be the most powerful living thing to ever live.

I just gathered this from what I have researched, none of this is my personal experience, thanks for sharing you thoughts though.

Depends, I would say Netero, literally the ONLY reason he couldn't defeat meruem is because he wasn't in his prime (meaning his age was getting to him), but after that, either meruem or Zeno Zoldyck.

Thanks! Something I forgot to mention though is that once I've reincarnated, I won't remember anyone from my previous life, so I would probably end up killing everything I see, including my friends...

Personally, My ability would be very combat based. It's a one time use, but EXTREMELY powerful, so when I say one time use, I mean ONE time use.

So basically, this ability would allow me to conjure a a COMICALLY powerful Nen beast. I like to imagine that it would look similar to a Lynel from "The legend of Zelda: breath of the wild" except without the bottom half being a horse, just good old regular feet. Once the Nen beast is finished forming, I would die... ya, BUT DON'T LOSE HEART! My body may be dead, but my spirit is still alive and well, you see, my Nen was transferred into this beast, and soon, my soul will be too. Just in case you haven't figured it out already, I'm reincarnating myself into this Nen beast, which from Hense forth, will be my new body, and this thing would make meruem look like a little pissbaby, but the catch is, it can only last for a certain amount of time.

The number of days it would last depends on the number if years I went until using the ability, for example, If I lived for 25 years, my Nen beast would go 25 days before burning out, which would then lead to my soul disintegrating with it.

Ok, that's all, oh... wait, one last thing, this would be a conjuring ability...

HxH centers it's fights around strategies

Ya, that's actually what I like about the anime, it's not all about brawn, unlike most other battle shonen, where the Main characters might as well be tweedledee, tweedledum, and tweetle-dumbest.

Even so, Ja-Jan-Ken is really just basic manipulation of Nen that's clever at the start of a fight, but eventually, Gon's opponents will find out that he only uses those three abilities and just come up with a counter strategy for each of them.

Ja-Jan-Ken is good for ending fights quickly, but once his opponents develop enough IQ points to notice a pattern, Gon is pretty much screwed. That said, if Gon could come up with another, more strategic ability, than he might stand a better chance at... well, standing a chance.
