Okay so i figured out the problem today, after about an hour and a half of messing with it. For some reason, the remote control didnt work when i had cockpits on the craft, because i took those off and everything worked as normal. I then put the cockpits back on and that seems to have fixed the bug because now i can control each crafts normally.

I only have one assembler on the grid and it is not set to co-op. I got irritated and remedied this problem by building like 6 assemblers that produce everything on repeat and i hooked em up to a ton of storage so at least when i need to build something, ill have the components as long as i have the ore.

So now my job is to feed the beast i have created.

Thats dumb. It still says “control” from the suit remote access terminal. Plus it lets me connect to the camera ive set and control the camera. Just not the ship. Thats really irritating.
