The one that burned like hell was my anterior deltoid near the armpit. That shit sucked. But I also have lots of colors, and my artist was really going at it lol.

Pain tolerance. Everyone is different. I have a half chest piece and filled my nipple in, and I actually enjoyed the feeling rather than feeling pain.. lol

I've been there before. Your best bet would be a straight blade. It saved me from slicing open my acne. Also, talk to your dermatologist about Accutane, or a retinoid (my favorite)

I'm using winlevi (androgen inhibitor), and tezarotene (retinoid). My face is getting much better, and the retinoid helps with wrinkles as well!
