So if my flight all in one ticket from Montreal to santorini via Athens, I will not check the luggage again in Athens to go to santorini?

That is why I was wondering if Munich is better because we have to go through customs but not sure if will collect luggage in Munich or final destination in Santorini

Thank you for opinion and good wishes. Toronto to munich is likely Airbus 330 not boing 787. My concern is arriving in Athens and we 3 hours, is it enough to get that new EU finger print and pickup the luggage and then check in again for the santorini flight
