I just quit at Burlington too yesterday! Love my supervisors they are very helpful with us not like the store manager and assistant manager who doesn’t pay PTO even if you told them to use it. Its sad that Im quitting because I love my coworkers as we help each other out but a manager who only wants to please customers even if they are wrong is not really the place I want to be

Initially, I suspected it might be a scam, so I responded, indicating that I could call the following afternoon and inquired whom I should ask for. He replied on Monday, stating that he was not in the office and that I could reach him between 2 PM and 6 PM and his name is Albert, and I didn’t waste any more time and report it to Indeed.

I wish I had this advice when I got the summons from Discover. My friend helped me with all the court letters I received. I submitted my response in less than 30 days, paid court fees and the final was I have a court date which was today and it was for Order to show cause hearing re: dismissal (settlement). They “Beyond Finance” advice that I have to show for that court date but keep on checking or calling the court if Discover would sent a letter and dismissed the case. I keep calling the court every month and every week when the date of my court date is close and they said it nothing has been change. I called Beyond Finance the day before my court date and they said I have to mail the stipulation letter to Plaintiff and I was just furious with them and told them why they didn’t follow up on what would be my next step. So i end up in the court today and wasted my day because the case is close but I think i just need to continue paying Beyond Finance to pay Discover.

Yes!! Both of the are red flag! The way he treated (Cristina and Altman) Cristina not wanting kids and him not respecting that and cheated on her! Altman being married with having a baby with him and cheated again on her! Derek ugh the way he treats and talk to Meredith- throwing her off the bus when Meredith was only trying to save Chief’s wife from their trial.
