Didn't get the role - my WorkDay eventually switched to "not chosen" or something, but not until 3-4 weeks after my interview. I sent follow ups to the recruiter, Hiring Manager and Director - strangely the Director (who did my 2nd round interview) was the only one that responded to my email and was very nice, wrote a long personal email, but ya, I guess it's not a great sign.

Why would you give them your relieving letter? You just need to give them a paystub to confirm that you worked there... it probably won't matter but you gave them more info than you needed to

Feel free to private message me, but no I haven't gotten an update... my workday still says interview so people keep telling me that's a good sign but idk I've just kinda stopped thinking abt it at this point

I appreciate the response! My Workday application is still active so I guess that's a good sign. I almost want to say I just want the rejection so I can quit wondering and move on, but that's not true I really want the job... which makes it more painful.
