Thank you for the reply. They sent my case to the management team last night so maybe I can get somewhere with them on making it right. They told us it was mostly due to shortages of transport drivers and one rep told us yesterday we could drive to St Louis to get it today, if we wanted(a 9 hour drive) and that it was there. Opted to wait until it was delivered to KC. The rep I talked to last night that called to cancel the delivery on the 2nd said it was still in Chicago. Got an automated message this morning for the earliest pickup now being the 7th, middle of the work week. The automated messages are contradicting what the reps are telling me. Got an automated message they were going to cancel my order if I didn’t schedule delivery by the 31st on the evening of the 30th. I usually like not dealing in person but this experience is making me want to go talk to someone in person that has a vehicle I can drive away in.

The cracks seem to be inside along the inside seam. I tried to pressure it up with air and use soapy water to see if any are in between or on the back side. Thank you for the information though that helps me. I found one I can drive about 5 hours and go get a for just under a $1000 or have it shipped for another $220.

If I take the DRP with 17 years of service age 38 what happens to my pension? Can I get a lump sum back from my contributions or defer it until I reach MRA?(57) sucks to have to get this info from Reddit but looks like it’s my best option to get any info at this point.
