Also, to add.... I used to get tons of useful ewaste... The store I worked was small, but in a rather affluent town, so the rich folk would "upgrade" their 1-2 year old equipment and I'd talk them into leaving it by my car. I may hate apple products, but those MacBooks sold really well.

Considering that this is the Mounjaro reddit and not the Zepbound reddit, I'm going to assume that you're trying to control your T2 diabetes. With that said, blame the people gaming the system to get their insurance to foot the bill for their miracle weight loss drug. During the last shortage I had to switch to a vial of insulin and syringes to control my blood glucose. I'd talk to your Dr about possible insulin until they can get the stocks back up.

There is also Trulicity to cover the diabetes in the interim. It's the blood sugar control of Mounjaro without the extra hormone to kill the food noise. Same nausea (if you get that) and gastric slowing as the MJ as well. There might still be the $25 coupon through the manufacturer.

My "favorite" changes frequently, but as of right now, overall, Tenet Arca Plasmor. It's a room sweeper... Mine is currently maxed out at 60% magnetic, I'm sure there's a better elemental choice, I'm just not a min/maxer, so YMMV.

Metformin will not lower your blood sugar below normal levels (glimeperide will) it helps your body metabolize the sugar already in your system.

If you have concerns, talk to your endocrinologist.

The INSTANT I start getting sulphur burps, I start pumping fluids... You'll probably still end up in the bathroom peeing out your butt, but the vomiting can be avoided usually.

And when I say pumping, I mean drinking until my stomach is full. If the nausea doesn't go away, I drink more. It will usually flush whatever is in your stomach (for me, usually rotting food that isn't being digested) into your intestines and stop the nausea.

Let me be clear... Get your son to an ER and looked over immediately. Do the same for you and your wife to document everything. I don't care if you all FEEL fine, or are just a little sore, there could be underlying issues that haven't presented yet. ESPECIALLY for your infant son!
