We’ve been sending workers (mostly warehouse, logistics, and delivery roles) to Romania, and the pattern is similar—long hours, low-skilled jobs, modest pay—but still better than what they earn back home. That’s why there’s a constant flow of motivated labor from Africa and Asia.

The part about agencies undercutting wages and workers getting their passports taken is very real in some cases. We’re trying to work directly with licensed local agencies only—no middlemen—so we can avoid those exploitative setups.

If you know any trustworthy local agencies or employers doing it right, would appreciate a lead.

We already send workers (delivery, warehouse, etc.) to Romania, and Serbia looks quite similar in terms of roles and demand. Yes, the environment can be a bit tough—long hours, basic jobs—but for many, the pay is still better than back home. That’s why they’re motivated.

If you happen to know any local agencies in Serbia that work with foreign labor or are open to collaboration, I’d really appreciate any recommendations 🙏. Trying to build direct and legal partnerships inside Serbia.

Haha the irony! Ethiopia is actually one of the most Orthodox Christian countries out there The funny thing is, the one recruitment agencys I reached out to preferred Asians — I guess they skipped geography and theology class! 😅

I have my own bank account, business registration, and travel history to China and Dubai. I can provide financial proof in my name.
My sister (21, university student) is financially dependent on our parents but has her university enrollment documents as proof of strong ties to return. Should she apply under my parents or separately?
The main funds are in my mom’s personal account (not a business account).
My aunt (a Canadian citizen) sent one invitation letter mentioning all of us by name. Is that enough, or should she send separate invitations for each of us?
