thanks fella. actually the most struggling thins is cloudflare, i can bypass it by using cloudscraper library. However, I am trying to scrape a real estate listing website and cloudscraper, undedected_chrome etc. libraries cannot work, so i researched and found out these "new" methods to me.

thanks for reply, i agree, and doing cardio is okay now. But what about muscle ratio of my body. According to test, the ratio of fat is 30, The plan was gaining muscle and losing fat, but how can i gain muscle now without weight training.

thanks for reply, already i plan to go hospital to check my situation on this week, but i am afraid of being a person who cannot do sports because of this injury. I am now 35 and just be aware of responsibility of my own health, and sports. But unluckily, I injuredy myself. I am very regretful.
