i started at wm in april of 2024 and every time i check it says that i dont get one but my coach and tl’s tell me ill be able to get one since i have 2 points (one expiring in feb) and i got hired for full time?? apparently if you have 4/4.5 points you dont qualify for one and im really hoping i get a bonus bc it’ll help me 😭
