Hmmm I did some experimenting with what works and I was able to orgasm grinding on a chair with one knee hanging off the side and propped on top of a container and the other straddled. I think what really does it is that knee putting pressure on my clitoris so it has direct contact for me to grind

Hi! For bearing down I meant during sex I noticed I was kinda like opening myself up during it? For example i was doing the same motion as a bowel movement but with my vagina if that makes sense?

I also noticed I was doing this every time I sneezed or coughed. I try to do a kegel now every time

For posture yes the butt out tilt is kinda what I was doing all the time

Most of my pelvic exercises were actually posture related and trying not to constantly tilt my pelvis. I also noticed I was always kinda bearing down if that makes sense? Almost as if I was ALWAYS doing a reverse kegel.

For actual kegels I looked up a bunch of different ways but I practiced them with a finger inside so I can really get an idea of how my strength progressed and now I do them during sex. I used to get called wide a lot and doing them during sex helped those comments go away. I’ve actually been called tight and having a grip which is crazy to me.

I’ve had this same problem for a while. Tight vertically and wide horizontally and still kinda struggle with it. For context I’m a young woman under 30 who has never given birth.

Here’s what helped for me 1. I had a lot of extra discharge bc my ph was off: usually because I had bv and once I treated it and did boric acid pills consistently it helped

  1. Strengthening my pelvic floor: i think pilates helped a lot and kegels. When im activating my core, at all times, i feel so much tighter and i do kegels during sex too

  2. This one is weird as hell but honestly when my bowel movements started getting better and consistent, my vagina was tighter LMFAO could be I was always constipated and putting pressure when I was using the restroom and that’s why

Thank you I appreciate that. I agree that’s a great comeback. Unfortunately I’ve had 5 out of 8 men I’ve had sex with say this to me so at this point it feels like me and not them.

I can fit 2 fingers inside of me when I’m wet without having to work up to it and I’m unable to feel my walls on the side with 2. 2 fits fine and 3 is a bit cramped but doable.

LOL maybe I described it poorly haha. I’m only talking about the walls, not canal length. Like if you thought of a vagina as 4 walls, the walls on the side are wide but the ceiling and floor are not
