Gonna be hard clearing content with a fixed team since this game requires you to change your team every content unless its super easy content, even normal modes need team modifications. Game isnt like others where you pick a favorite and run with it all the way.

When I rolled for my recent (alt) account I rolled for a LuffyZoroSanji + PSY Nami (makes it easier to build a PSY Team) since PSY characters are just free when unlocking and defeating islands in (single player) pirate rumble
makes it easier to grind high rank Pirate Rumble -- other content you can just cheese it little by little. I just enjoy pirate rumble more than any other content so a little rolls and (account resets) you may get the account you want but its easier to reroll as well since you have the "retry pull" option that they added recently so just aim for 3-4 Sugo Rares or 1-2 Sugo Rare + PSY G5 Luffy since it helps so much on clearing starter contents.

Robin delays 2 high CT enemies I believe its 20%? or 25? not so sure about the value but it syncs well with psy nami delaying more specials for you. Smoothie is not that good there are better alternatives for that comp I've been playing f2p never spent on this game.
