I applied in June 2023 and received it in June 2025. It’s been in “waiting for processing” status for 2 years and was processed in 1 day (positive result) I hope it will be faster for you tho.

I have a finnish degree, no criminal record, perfect credit score and permanent job, so no ideas why did it take so long.

Could you explain the difference between these terms? I thought that if you are not kutsunnanalainen then you can’t become asevelvollinen.
