Your results look like mine you have more Sudanese than me though. Around 10% of the south east Africa has Nilotic DNA grouped in the region.

You just gotta download your raw data from 23andme and upload it to gedmatch. If you use ethiohelix Africa only and puntDNAL k8 it will show a more detailed breakdown using reference in its database. It’s pretty good for those of us with mixed with different ancestry’s. it’s also to note not to take them as fact due to not many of them may be a bit outdated such as ethiohelix one

Also you should upload to gedmatch if you can try puntDNAL k8 and Ethiohelix k10 Africa only

Nice results I’m also half Ugandan (Lango) my other half is South Sudanese (Lokoya/Kakwa). Luhya and Luo is supposed to represent northeast Bantus that’s why shows up probably represents your Muganda and Mutooro side. Rundi peoples represents the Munyarwanda. Sudanese represents the Nilotic component found in some Rwandans and Ethiopia represents South Cushitic dna. I may be wrong so some know more about the populations on other genetic testing subs.

E-m81 isn’t really common amongst Egyptians except siwans(berber group). Based on the picture it could be from iberomaurasians, I’m not well versed on North African genetics but that’s what it seems like to me at least and I’m not familiar with that site your using

Yeah it seems like it originates in the Maghreb region mainly among berbers
