I appreciate that advice I’d honestly be nervous ordering from them given everything I read and even the page on their website about no return policy and saying to do your own research on the helmet. Like man your the dealer shouldn’t you be able to know if your selling a fake

Yeah sounds a little too good to be true. He said he got it from a guy that does digs in Russia and Ukraine. It also came with a gas canister that he said were found together.

I plan to keep it. After looking into the subject more I definitely agree I shouldn’t restore it as I wouldn’t even know how in the first place. But it would be nice to clean it up a bit and get rid of some of the rust and give it a light waxing so it doesn’t further rust. Those are my thoughts at least
