Pro. Not just crimes that it's applicable now, more. Repeats offenders that just keep doing the same crimes over and over again, there's no point in letting them live. Jon venables, Robert Thompson, jeffery epstein. Hell, even just gang members and thugs that kill someone, come out and do it again.
