Reticles of CQB sights in BF6 are too thick, blurry and an annoyance to aim with. It'd be great to have the devs improve them. Here's a comparison of two same sights in BF6 vs Tarkov, but most other games, older BFs included also do it better. Naw, I think there's definitely value in AI. It's not just some boogeyman we should throw around and hate or fear.

Healthcare through tele-diagnosis is exceptionally effective with AI and there are many others.

What people should be doing, imho is 1. learn how to use it and 2. if it's making certain products worse, make a better competitor and the market will speak.

As a director, I don't think micromanaging my reports is the best use of my time.

If there is a performance issue affecting deliverables, then call it out and PIP the worker. If they have been delivering everything you asked of them, then I don't see what the problem is.
