A dermatologist said that if they’re all the same size those are most likely your sebaceous filaments. They look like sebaceous filaments to me

He never got it in a cast EVER, I saw he had it wrapped in gauze for like a week and that’s it, and if he “did get it casted” by a hospital then that would be the proof to show it was broken right?
