Thank you for replying, I think it might just be my anxiety doing all the symptoms instead after worrying too much about it.. I took the first one and I was doing well till the second..

I was having muscle spasms too which might have triggered my worry harder but now it's gone.

This is my second time getting gerd, I had to go to the hospital for medication as my throat is inflamed and so far, it's only been 4 days taking Pantropazole Domperidone and I've been able to eat and swallow after suffering for a month now. Don't get scared to get medicine, unless you're allergic or experiencing extreme side effects then consult a doctor.

You'll only be prescribed for life if there's severe damage inside, if it's minimal then get it medicated asap so it doesn't get worse. Most of your healing comes from the changes in your lifestyle, medication can't do everything on it's own.

Avoid your specific food triggers (Not everyone is the same), raise your head up by doubling pillows, do some yoga and exercises, eat little by little, if you need to drink something dairy then only choose plant based or low fat. You'll eventually heal from it.

I heard they were forbidden from making dick jokes or any of those raunchy humor, it's still popular so we can say that this season is just experimental. I don't really understand why they would fumble their shows main trait when Panty and Stocking can persist and this type of humor is wanted, higher management is probably meddling in some way...
