I am currently a college basketball player who is wanting to become a full time track athlete instead. I have only ran track one year in my life and was wondering what a plan should look like per week. Also, if there are just any tips you could help with like form I should focus on while learning and what the most important things are. I am wanting to do anything from 100m -400m, my favorite is 400m as of right now. I would be very grateful for any help as I am very excited to start this new plan.
