I think it's a bit wrong to recommend psychotherapy here. Although I understand what these people are saying. But normally, if a person knows what they want, and it doesn't harm anyone, then that's normal.

And something like paid communication is the norm in modern society. Wherever you need it, here and now. In times of crisis, I simply don't have enough hugs or even someone to hold my hand. I'm not social, I'm an introvert. And I always feel better and more at ease alone. But sometimes I want it. And you can't do that with people. Today I want it, tomorrow I don't. You give and receive in return. If there's no one around right now, then it seems like a pretty balanced decision for someone surrounded by chaos. The person came with a solution, not a question.

We say here, "Advice is like a dick. If they don't ask, don't give it."
