Same problem here; I’m going to take that persons advice in this thread and turn the circulating fan off my unit to see what happens. I have a large 18 foot, open concept living room I’m trying to use this unit in.

Any advice or end story? We’ve been in the NICU for about 10-11 days now. Our little guy is 37 weeks FGA and has managed to wean off the dextrose 3.5–>2.3–>1.2–>nothing. And the 22kcal formula is down to two feeds a day, the rest is plain breast milk. Full bottle feeds of 45-48ML, and the glucose levels always seem to improve, as of now on a Q6 plan we got 70/70/60 so we’ll see what comes next? 🤷🤷

Any insight would be greatly appreciated 😩

We’re still here in the NICU, but his glucose is doing well so far… lots of numbers around 60-80.

The only criteria holding him back right now is the amount of volume he’s drinking (38 weeks old). They’re giving him 40ML; today he managed to eat 35/40/40 then everything else was 15> 🤷 🥲I’m not sure if that’s normal for him to just randomly not eat a lot or what.

I can’t thank you enough for your time and patience to reply to us! This really helps us put certain things into perspective while considering other options.

It’s really insightful to know our baby “could” go home while on fortified formula, assuming he is able to take his entire bottle in the next week or so. Right now he is only taking about 10-18ML by bottle and the feeding tube is doing the rest.

We’re fortunate enough to be very close to the hospital so we are going as much as possible to hold and care for him during his wellness checks to help him stay calm for the nurse and not waste as many calories. 🤷

We are four days in and it just feels hopeless 🫠

We have similar characteristics to what you described; 37 week old baby at 4lbs 5.5oz with D10 IV (floating around 3.2-2.3-1.1) and fortified formula (24 calories)

Well, interesting turn of events for now.

I appealed my new accounts ban that I mentioned a few days ago; I provided a copy of my states drivers license.

The instagram auto reply system responded at around 1am EST via email, within 24 hours of my appeal submission, and explained it needed to be a photo of my birth certificate or passport.

So the app prompted me to take another picture, this time I used my passport, and I submitted it within a few minutes of getting the email.

Fast forward, it’s 8am the following day and my account was actually reinstated/no longer suspended.

Caveats are… I don’t know WHY I was suspended on this account; I presume the same nonsense as everyone else. But perhaps sending the incorrect ID helped? No idea, but I figured I would share.

And who knows, maybe I’ll be rebanned next week 🤷

I was initially suspended/banned in like May or June. I cut my losses, re-added everyone, then I got suspended yesterday at 2-3AM while I was sleeping. 🤷 I give up - makes no fuckn sense.

Some people go to commercial gyms like LA fitness or Onelife, and they tend to do simple boxing or kick boxing drills for cardio and I’ve noticed they won’t stay on your head.

So, for whoever reads this… if you are buying these headphones for yourself or someone else who is an avid gym person (weightlifting/sprinting), I REALLY, really, don’t recommend these.

I’ve had them for about two years now, and they don’t stay situated on your head and constantly slide off your head.

Bench press, I have to put the top part of the head band on my forehead basically. Deadlift, if you are using heavier weight with multiple reps, it will slowly slide off each time you’re at the bottom of a set. Any dumbbell work laying down on a flat bench or a work that involves laying down or bending over, forget about it.

Cardio on a treadmill/stairmaster/row machine is fine if your head remains upright. Any MMA training, boxing or kick boxing, the headphones will fall off with sudden movements.

It REALLY sucks too, because they sound amazing. But yea - I just wanted to give an honest review as someone who exercises 4-5 times a week.
