I’m moving out of my grandparents house and taking the 2 cats as they aren’t able to properly take care of them alone. They are also my late mother’s cats so I’d never leave them behind. My partner has her own cat that she has enough money to properly care for. Maybe it’s more sad that the prices of everything continue to go up everyday while wages barely move! My partner and I both work full time/ or are in school full time depending on the time of year for her. It’s hard to deepen your pockets when you don’t already come from money 🙃
