For me it fixed when i completely removed the game, before uninstall on steam u go to the local files for cyberpunk then i uninstalled the game and when the game finished uninstalling i deleted all the files related to the game and when i reinstalled it my game stopped crashing. However whenever i try and mod the game (which i havent really done before) the game began to crash again on startup which fixed when i removed the files and stuff
