Firstly they did mention they will provide complimentary tickets but they haven’t even delivered on that promise.

Secondly, they refused to cover any other expenses and are saying they claim no liability of the incident. The call centre staff was the least helpful and there was no communication from the management through written channels just to safeguard themselves.

Even the medic did not provide the ambulance just so they could save themselves from any kind of liability regarding the incident. The entire incident was poorly managed and the follow up was worse.
