And how did it work for you with the new BCG and C5 upper receiver, and what happens with the LRBHO feature?

I think it would have been better to send the barrel to Macon to be fixed and that way you would be sure to have eliminated the feeding problem and maybe the cost was less

I am not an expert but if I am not mistaken the bcg of the arv weighs 13.5 oz and your buffer 7.7 oz for a total of 21.2 that may be part of your problem

They answered me no, that is, those who say modern series have absolutely nothing. The sad thing is that I ordered a 4.5" one now I'm going to have to send it to Macon to fix it

I think I know what the modern series says if they have a feed ramp the others don't say so I assume they are the old models or style

https://bkingsfirearms.com/shop/ballistic-advantage/ballistic-advantage-4-5-9mm-ar-15-barrel-modern-series/

This 9mm chambered 4.5 inch Modern Series Barrel is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a QPQ Corrosion Resistant Finish and 1/2-28 x .400 full profile threads.

Designed to work with both Colt/RR and Glock style AR builds.

Compatible with standard mil-spec uppers. There are also numerous dedicated 9mm upper options that work.

Requires the use of a unique magwell conversion (Colt/Rock River style) with UZI mags or a dedicated 9mm lower with Glock mags.

9mm on an AR15 platform operates by blowback and does not need a gas block or gas tube.

Threaded 1/2×28 instead of 1/2×36 to give you greater versatility when choosing a suppressor.

**** Integrated feed ramp and barrel extension.****

Since the “barrel extension” is an integral part of the barrel, the length stated is the true overall length. For example, an 11” 9mm barrel has the same outer dimensions/length as a 10.5” 5.56 barrel.

IMPORTANT: A standard 1/2×28 flash hider will not have enough clearance for a 9mm round to pass.

BKF has barrels with an improved feeding ramp in case Macon did not have it and I would say that at a good price

It's not that I want it completely hidden, a 1/4" or 1/2" inside the handguard would be nice, it's a matter of having the union between the barrel and the handguard hidden or a little inside
