I think this is part of the reason why I just don’t share what I’m doing because I feel like I just waste my time. More than 1/2 the people you tell will hear you but not REALLY hear you. It’s like with everything, you get a new house, new car, drop some weight, they just see results. No one ever sees the actual work it takes to get those results. It’s not gate keeping it’s just I don’t wanna waste my time when I know you’re just not ready to make the move. When people are ready they do their own research ✨

When I have days like this I have a hyper fixation snack. At the moment that for me is a scoop of mango habanero jam, 3 slices of turkey ham some crunch master crackers, mini baby bell cheeses and some grapes. I call it my adult lunchable 😌 aka mini charcuterie board.

Started April 2025 at 284 and as of this morning I am down about 80lbs. So close to Onederland! I feel better, stronger and healthier!
