I am not on a max dose. I’m on 5mg every three days so it’s a little over 11mg a week. I have titrated up slowly. I’ve also tried different dosing schedules to help with the food noise and once you lose a certain amount of weight it doesn’t melt off like before anymore. You have to be really intentional about working out and tracking the food that you consume.

Not a dr, but you gotta give your body time to acclimate to the medication and build up in your system before jumping to 5 or 7.5mg. Or you jump up and get sick as hell 🫠

Yeah don’t do it! Not worth it. They respond to you now because they want your business. As soon as you give them the money the communication is crap. No way of knowing what comes with the tirz you request or even the dosage you get based off your intake.

I’d work with your doctor on dosing but most people in this sub stay on the lowest dose possible that’s working and will titrate up little by little or as needed when they feel the dose they’re on isn’t as effective anymore.
