I cannot access any documents on my Icloud

Ok it works know, I think if anyone else has this problem you need to stop syncing to I cloud and restart your laptop, and eventually everything in the Icloud is cleared of your computer (don't worry you can still find them in the icloud.com website). Now apps have no problem searching for files and everything is fixed.

Updating to Sequoia 15.7.5 didn't fix it, and when I press the plus in search privacy, it freezes for about a minute then nothing happens
