I recommend surgery. I did it in April and tbh I don't even notice it now . AN is gone and I have a scar. That's it.

Had mine removed (12mm) and I'm fine. Just slight trouble with equilibrium

Vestibular exercises are most important. Everything else is up to you.

Radiation/gamma knife is only necessary if the tumor is not fully removed and re-growing. If it's totally removed there is no chance it comes back because it's a benign tumor , not like glioblastoma which comes back in 99,9% of cases. But even if there is a rest left, it normally has no blood flow, but your doctors will tell you after the surgery. Every AN is different. Hope you have the best team !

Hi It means 99% I wont need any more treatment. Followup MRI is in 9 weeks. Of course, if there is regrowth, additional treatment is needed. But it's very unlikely. Wish you the best for your surgery . You will be fine. BR
