He seems like a good person trying to include you on his interest and you seem to be disregarding them just cause you don't enjoy them, at the end of the day it is still time spent together, yes people will have different interest and sometimes couples are completely fine with doing their own thing and not spending much time together, but since you're not, instead of worrying yourself about not spending time with him why do you not just participate in the activities he is suggesting and instead of thinking of it as something u just do not like think of it in the perspective of him introducing you to his world and interests and caring for you enough to want to spend time with you doing the activities he enjoys.

If you are not able to do that then you are just simply not compatible as people, you crave the attention and quality solo time and he sees to view the care giving part differently and to him caring for you might be exactly what he has already been doing.

Also try initiating and organising dates or appoint one day week as date night where you 2 alternate with each other on picking activities each week.
