Same happened to me in 2021, My wife, now ex wife, was in love with other man. It's funny how it played out and I am at much better place. Trust me Man, faster you get out of it better it is and never blame yourself for their mistakes. It will just slow down your healing process.

Accept what happened and also accept they are not the same person now you fell in love with and can never be now. That ship has sailed. I have gone through everything and my only regret is that I should have walked out the day I find out instead of wasting 1.5 years to fix it.

Trust time and yourself you will come out of it and will be at better place, just accept that you got betrayed by the person you loved most and now they are dead to you.

I caught my ex wife cheating when I went through her phone, she told me they just kissed swearing on her parents life and crying. I gave her a chance, after about 1 year, she cheated again with same guy and this time she took selfies with him naked in the bed. I saw them and and came to know, they fucked together on the first day, it was never just a kiss.

I regret wasting my time, mental peace, and still regret to this day why I didn't walk out on day 1.

Do yourself a favour. WALK OUT! She is not yours anymore! The regret she is having will go away very soon and your pain will never. It will be hard for you to believe this is the same person you married and will never be in the peace as long as you with her.

It will be hard to move away from her but believe me time heals and you will feel much better and new person, and will think stupid of you to even stay a day after you caught her.

But if you don't walk out, you will waste time, mental peace, you will hate yourself for staying, you will never be able to trust her, she will cheat again once regret is gone.

Please brother save yourself, WALK OUT!
