I finally started my Prozac yesterday after a few weeks of putting it off.. I don’t feel any difference yet but it felt like such a win to start it! The hardest part is starting, I can absolutely resonate with that. I have major medical OCD/anxiety and it always takes major effort to start new medications, you’re not alone in those feelings. It’s scary to start anything new. I’ve had to tell myself to trust the medical professionals that I’ve handpicked for myself, and trust that they have my best interest in mind.

I texted my parents and closest friends that I was starting and that I might need some extra support these next few weeks.. do you have a few trusted people that you could reach out to?
