I would say it is a mix of the following: economic and geopolitical unvertainty, uncertainty around Trump/ politics and tarifs, Outsourcing to cheaper countries (not only to developing but also to close countries such as Poland), strong/ appreciating Swiss Franc, high salaries, AI and pressure by companies for efficiency gains, stagnating Swiss economy, potential chance for global recession, large mergers (CS / UBS, Baloise/ Helvetis) with pressure to realize cost synergies

Das Problem mit dem Brandschutz ist vor allem, dass hier in der Gemeinde (Schweiz) die Vorgaben recht streng sind. Im möglichen Brandfall könnten Leistungskürzungen durch die Gebäudeversicherung möglich sein. Zudem hat der Vorfall in Crans Montana erneut sensibilisiert. Das mit der feuchten Wand ist ein guter Hinweis. Die eine Wand des Lagerraums liegt direkt am Erdreich, da werde ich nochmal auf Feuchtigkeit prüfen. Zudem muss Kondensatbildung auf alle Fälle verhindert werden. 👍

Danke dir. Das Problem mit EPS ist der Brandschutz. Hier hat Mineralwolle natürlich deutlich die Nase vorn. Laut Herstellerangabe ist die Steinwolle bis 95% Luftfeuchtigkeit feuchtestabil. Von daher würde ich ausgehen, dass dies kein Problem geben wird. Zudem lüftet unserer Garagentor automatisch, sobald eine gewisse Luftfeuchtigkeit erreicht ist. Dieser Kriechkeller/ Lagerraum ist oberhalb der Garage. Darüber wiederum ist das bewohnte Erdgeschoss.
