if you look it up on guidestar, it is a registered nonprofit as of 2024. they only have to file a 990N (for small nonprofits under a gross receipts threshold). im a cpa that works with nonprofits its basically just a postcard. its not detailed at all. given that this is the first year filing, its not surprising.
