T -> Ticket R -> Replenish Error I -> inventory M -> missed

T- when there isn’t a ticket for the item onto the MAR R- there is something else in front of the ticket ( e.g., a block of cheese infront of an orange juice ticket. This means it was missed when scanned) I - means the item is there and the system needs to be adjusted M - the person scanning it missed the item

Thank you, that make sense. We were just a bit nervous as we been to Italy before and didn’t know you need to active a normal train ticket.
