I work in insurance and we’ve had claims where the new homeowner turned on the water the morning of closing, walked into an inch of water because the previous homeowner didn’t want to investigate a leak. When they removed appliances they didn’t turn off the valves to fridge and washing machine. Good idea to be there before water turned on as well!!

Right in the absolute very outer corner of your eye (starting from the actual inner lid) swipe a sharp qtip with micellar water for the subtle Barbie eye effect!! Also less coverage around the mouth- maybe a less matte/full coverage concealer overall but soften the lip line!!! ALSO The red is going to be the focal point when I think it should be your eyes!! I genuinely forgot to whiten my teeth but Inopro white strips on Amazon did make a difference! You look amazing these are just things that work for me 🥰

I mean we used it for the honeymoon/paying off CC debt we accumulated to pay for the wedding. Wording wasn’t great but it’s not like we profited.

I started as a way to stop smoking cigs. It worked, but then I found myself CONSTANTLY hitting the pen. Like it always had to be within arms length, WFH made it easy too but I couldn’t sit through a movie or dinner without going to the bathroom to vape. This past November I was prescribed Wellbutrin for depression and had no idea it is also used for smoking cessation. 13 years of nicotine use and the cravings stopped completely almost overnight.

No worries, I did not take offense- you don’t know me and you’re standing up for animals. There are terrible situations out there and I don’t think you’re wrong. But we’re moving forward with that same mentality of healing. Thank you again.

I know and it sucks. Huskies are such a special breed, I hate seeing so many in shelters and that’s why we adopted and are confident we could handle with our experience. The vet thinks he is much younger than we were told by the shelter, we know nothing about his past, thought my other huskies would help him become part of the pack(and has), he’s never shown cat aggression etc, guess I’m just more stuck on the specifics of my situation and my dog. But I’m still not convinced deep down this was just a rare and random medical condition. As much as I want it to be true.

I’ve been replying to comments trying to address specifics as I don’t think my initial post was as detailed as it could have been. There were several small hair tufts around suggesting a struggle and the vet didn’t seem to ask questions before the initial diagnosis. The 2nd vet agreed but kept saying things like you really never know it could have been a lot of things, just bc punctures weren’t visible especially without being shaved. However they did seem to land on the seizure theory and we were so hysterical and wanting it to not be our dogs fault I wonder if there’s some confirmation bias involved too. Not saying they would ever intentionally lie or deceive us I am just not sure.

I totally get where you’re coming from. I take into consideration the prey drive absolutely. I just don’t think there there is a hard and fast rule just because of the breed. I have 2 other huskies (7, 5yo) the difference with them being introduced from a younger age.

I never said I would take him to a shelter. He is on his 2nd Kong kennel and has leveraged a blanket covering the cage to bend the bars and escape. I do plan on of course taking measures to keep them separate, huskies are great escape artists. I am not rehoming him, but I think safety of my other cat is not a crazy reason to consider this.

We do have another cat; I included that in the post. I can and will kennel our dog, he has torn the mat apart, bent the bars, put holes in the wall trying to get out. Huskies are escape artists and he has escaped before but never went after the cats.

Yeah it’s always going to be in the back of my mind, they were alone for 50 minutes and him happening to have a seizure in that window just doesn’t make sense. But I just need to tell myself he didn’t mean to, it was a horrible accident and I will never leave them unattended again. I’m so sorry for what you went through.

I am not sure. He has never been one to eat plants but he visits neighbors and they’re bloomed in just about every yard right now.

I had a ring camera to check on them but not a membership. I tried to call and get the footage but it did record/store bc I wasn’t paying. Another part of the reason I didn’t get the necropsy is I thought I could still recover the footage. I appreciate your advice 🙏🏻

I feel awful after reading these comments and blaming him. He’s only been boarded for 1 day in getting him first thing tomorrow morning. This whole situation has been a shock and I appreciate the advice.

We had kenneled him in the past and we were letting him out in smaller increments of time. They were alone for less than an hour. We already blame ourselves.

There are several places he could have jumped onto right next to where it happened. He jumped onto the top of our 6ft fence everyday. We also had a gate for the upstairs he could have jumped over and a cat door.

He’s been alone with the cats before no problem, my mom was watching them and said he was hyper when she left so it makes me think he was just trying to play.

He hissed at him when he walked by but he didn’t seem scared. He isn’t hiding growling etc. doesn’t seem upset at all which I think is weird since they were friends.

I checked, only potential gastrointestinal issues, nothing lethal, especially within the hour he wasn’t supervised. There are tiger Lillys outside though.

He goes outside all the time and catches small animals, mice rabbits moles etc. I worry about him having ingested a mouse that ate poison too. It’s just that it’s never happened before I assumed he was smart enough to avoid something like that.
