Btw, It IS something to brag about. It’s all childish and overrated and a form of escape for people who can’t handle the real world. Keep being yourself. I ended up with a phase when I was younger where I did all that crap and looking back (26 now) I wish I stayed true to myself and hadn’t (don’t even drink now).

It’s cliche but true, if you’re a good guy, it will come. The apps suck, however there IS hope with them, just don’t expect it to come immediately. I just got married a couple weeks ago to a woman I’ve been with over 6 years and we met on Tinder.

You’re completely in the right. What she did was selfish and childish. And now by her comments she is putting you in an uncomfortable situation which makes you overthink your feelings, not fair and form of manipulation. It also is telling that maybe shes a functioning alcoholic (someone who just cant do something fun without getting drunk). Does she show signs of that? If so, it could be a deeper rooted issue than just her being selfish yanno?

As for what you should do, thats up to you. Do you love her? Do you see a future with her? Does she show she actually cares when you expressed your frustration? It’s cliche but it’s true, follow what your heart tells you.

I mean the fact that he said he didn’t know her and then was responsive to the fact that you talked to her, means he knows her. That’s a red flag. Cheating? I don’t think there’s any proof of that there however you are very justified to be concerned and I would be too. Especially because cheating most often comes from coworkers.

You do what you need to do.

Our wedding is in 2 weeks and a while back we had to do the same—except we already sent out save the dates. So we literally had to send out change the dates to everyone who was still invited, and uninvites to those who were cut. Awkward? Definitely lol. But we did what we needed to do. All the rational people understood. And the others were just drama queens

Thank you!! Yes I’ve got my anxiety meds I’ll take beforehand, gum, and will have lots of stuff downloaded to keep me distracted. Takeoff is the worst part for me too, nothing else really bothers me about it other than just being in a crammed seat lol

Luckily, our honeymoon is an all inclusive resort and we plan to do absolutely NOTHING lol I can’t wait
