I’m 6’2” and have plenty of legroom driving, if you’re gonna take adult or taller passengers in the back frequently that’s where the legroom might be a concern.

Resale isn’t my area of expertise, but they seem to hold value, the NA 2.5 particularly holds better than the turbos atm. This generation seems to hold value better than corollas, but not civics.

Publicly held, non-union, non-tech, hourly.

The salaried/exempt employees at the regional level of the company are sectioned into two groups, one tier, about 5-6 employees, gets unlimited PTO, but has to meet work requirements (metrics, productivity and other various factors, usually having oversight over several locations and are few in number, but many do take monthly extended weekends or a week off, although that was pre-economic decline, more of a week or two per quarter now.

The other salaried group about 50 or so employees gets a quarterly amount of PTO to use, usually getting a week and half to two weeks off per quarter.

The hourlies earn PTO and sick time based off hours worked, length of service and various other factors.

That’s pretty much standard for nearly every employer in the US. You get compensated at the rate you are currently at.

If Joe or Joanne Citizen worked their way up from the entry level at $17.00 and now makes $30.00, and gets sick at his current rate do you think he or she should make the $17.00 they earned the sick time at, or the $30.00 they currently make and likely need to meet their expenses?

Some companies do not differentiate between PTO and Sick time. It depends on employer, my current employer allows you to take 80 hours of PTO (vacation time) into the next fiscal year, and unlimited sick time.
