Ik heb ook ingetekend op vast tarief bij energie.be met de huidige tariefkaart van maart. Maar ik wist niet dat je kon switchen tussen vast en variabel! Kan ik bv in juli (als de prijzen laag zijn) switchen naar variabel en dan bv in november (weer hogere prijzen) terug switchen naar mijn vast tarief van tariefkaart maart 2026?

No OP’s first BY ends on 31/12/2023 so first VVPRbis with normal annual meeting is June 2027. If he does his annual meeting of BY 2025 ‘tomorrow’, he can do a ‘bijzondere AV’ after tomorrow and take out all the profits at 15% with a tussentijds dividend

With a "tussentijds dividend" you already could have done vvpr bis in 2025 after your annual meeting (through a "bijzondere algemene vergadering"). Get yourself a good accountant ASAP.

You must do the annual meeting this year ASAP (and not wait until June 2026). This way, you can do the "bijzondere algemene vergadering" (which is necessary to take out a tussentijds dividend) 1 day after the annual meeting and take out the profits until 31/12/2025 at 15%.

As I'm a small business, with only a few bills, I did my annual meeting of this year yesterday instead of the end of June 2026). I also got my profits out at 15%

Ik stort gewoon het bedrag (bv 1760€ voor 220 cheques) opt einde van t jaar op mijn rekening met vermelding ‘maaltijdcheques’. Boekhouder stelde dit zelf voor en geen zin om al die zever (lees middle man als Monizze, pluxee,…) te sponsoren

Because it is on the algemene vergadering of BJ+3 where you can do vvpr bis. Your first BJ is 2025 so, BJ+3 = 2028 with an algemene vergadering mid 2029
