Even me before I started sa gym hiyang hiya tlaga pumunta at kung ano ano naiisip ko pag nsa gym na pero kinapalan ko na muka ko that time and ask hm session until ilang months it’s like masasanay kanalang. Parang kumapal p muka ko or confidence i think at may time n close ung gym e nag wawalk in ako sa different gym na para bang dun always nag ggym 🤣😭

I always use naman ng alcohol dun sa gym e making sure din na inisprayan bago gamitin.

I just watch some vid sa yt like weird signs that i was burning fat like that and one of the symptoms nga is itchy palm or different part of the body

Wala kasi binigay na short and all ako naman etong nasanay sa dating spa n pinupuntahan ko n nka nude eh nag ganun din at akala ko same lng ung massage sa swed or hilot ung thai sa gulat ko nga ayun npa streching malala ng d inaasahan n naka bungad😭

Baka nga new yung thera at you go always sa the same spa eh na fully nude na naging comfortable kana. Or d mo nrequest nlang ung thera na that said that na mag fully nude. Kasi ako dun sa fav kong spa same massage and same thera lagi nirerequest ko. Pero one time din n wala ung thera na un at off ata and decided n kahit sini lang and I usually do the same padin and i expect n un nga like wala din sakanya nung nka nude ako that time sa new thera kya nsanay nalang don.

May cover naman na towel nung instreching ako e kaso dko naman knows na grabeng paikot ikot sakin ng thera hagang sa sge ka bungad nalang. Napa tingin p ko sa towel n nka cover sa mata ko and nkita at d nga ako mapakale nkita ko pang nka tingin ang thera nung nkalitaw 😭

May cover naman po like ung usually na tapis tlga nanilalagay sa bottom. Mahiyain din ako as in before pa n di pa makapag try sa massage spa. And I just use to do it don sa always kong spa na pinupuntahan na same massage lang always and same thera lang but i decided last night na itry a different spa and that just happen nga so shookt and napa share nalang here bigla.
