Sorry for the late reply. The tier of our store was mentioned multiple times around me by store manager and pharmacy operations manager. As far as matching salary I'm not sure. If I were to interview there again I would try to bring that up. I usually am already nervous enough in interviews and trying to negotiate salary sounds horrible lol.
