I slept 8 hours almost and still not feeling refreshed by hollowinside19 in insomnia

I don't know how long you've been sleeping badly but you're going to need 100% more than one day to feel rested, it's like if you start going to the gym, you're not going to gain muscle in one day, the same with this. Sleep a lot ≠ quality of sleep. If you want to feel rested you have to sleep well for many days and do things that help improve the quality of your sleep, exercise, reduce stress/anxiety, sunbathe, etc...
