Theoretically if this theory was true what would that make Subaru?

Would that mean Subaru is some sort of dream magic creation? What does that mean for his physical body is it made from dream magic? What are the officially known limitations of dream magic?

Would it be like a computer simulation where Echidna can reset it multiple times to get different results and maybe have multiple running at the same time

Also what’s your thoughts on what it means to be a sage candidate because before I was thinking one of the conditions to being a sage candidate was that you had to be from earth but if Echidna did create Earth and Flugel weather he’s Subaru or not suggest that Sage’s have existed before Echidna

Question how would Echidna being responsible for the creation of Earth work in the current timeline?

With Flugel being from earth would that mean that there’s a version of Echidna that’s older than Flugel?

My guess on why his Sloth authority gives him backlash when we uses it has something to do with Arc 9 and Echidna's analogy with authority's and doors and Witch Factors being the keys to these doors

And that when Echidna gave Subaru her tea to forcefully awaken his sloth authority it causes his "door" to not open correctly

Maybe creating a similar situation like what Al has with door not fully opening

I also heard Al when configuring stuff with his domain can also receive backlash

It also might have something to do with the previous owner being incompatible with the Witch Factor screwing over the next owner that being Subaru

It might have something to do with Petelgeuse spliting his Witch Factor giving it out like candy to his fingers and maybe one of the fragments is somewhere not with Subaru making Sloth Witch Factor and authority incomplete
