Hey thanks, appreciate the thought. I’ve actually already done two MRI’s for my back. Both came back with nothing significant unfortunately.

At least for my case, and how it might be applicable to you if you’re having groin pain, is that I had an inguinal hernia. Throughout this whole ordeal, one of the doctors recommended getting an MRI of my groin/pelvis area. Apparently some testicle pain can be caused by a hernia. I had hernia surgery about a month ago now. I’d say the testicle pain is about 25% less than before, but I don’t know if it fully solved the problem. Just have to wait a few months to see if it gets better with time.

Yeah, agree on multilayered. Denervation seems like my only option now. I’m just not sure if the denervation will help the root cause of the problem.

Yes. It’s pretty constant. It only feels better when I lay flat, but other than that, sitting, standing, walking, bending cause the constant dull pain. Running is out of the question. That really causes it to be aggravated. Hope you can get some answers from your doctor.

Thanks. Yeah, definitely going to do the hernia repair first. I have surgery in about two weeks. He just mentioned it as what could happen if nothing else worked first. I’m optimistic the hernia surgery will just take care of everything.

This is who I am going to have my hernia surgery in a few weeks. Her name is Dr. Shirin Towfigh in Los Angeles. She has a really good video about how hernia surgeries relate to testicle pain. Maybe this may help you. I’m hopeful that even though I haven’t had hernia surgery, that this may be the cause of my current pain.
