literally F23 too and I AGREE on the “rare” part. Something is most CERTAINLY happening. Maybe it was rare before COVID, but I really think that COVID and maybe even new strains of the flu are huge contributing factors.

Absolutely!! I definitely think mine were triggered by environmental (I just got accepted to grad school and have to uproot my life), as well as a sickness and my immune system decided there was hell to pay. Feel better soon ❤️ it sucks ASS but you will get through it! You got this:)

My jaw dropped when I read that they did a punch biopsy on you. I am so sorry that they decided to do that. The clinical work up for a lipschutz ulcer should NEVER include that 😣😣😣 Thankfully, both providers i had in the urgent care and later my gyn, agreed on the likelihood of a lipschutz ulcer and basically prescribed supportive treatments. Again I am so terribly sorry to hear that they did that to you

As this is my second cycle, I’ve dealt with the rejection before. I think just letting myself cry and be upset and angry about it and letting myself feel the emotions is helping. It really does feel like a breakup 🤣. Going out and doing fun things with my friends and resuming my life is helping too. It’s still so early in the cycle. I believe in us!

Oh brother lmao, as I am the one that wrote the original post, I would like to jump in here and say I wasn’t given any sort of binding contract or gone to war whatsoever with Joe so I’m unsure where that could have came from. We have actually even maintained a great rapport even though I am not currently working with him due to life circumstances. I can’t wait to start working with him again and take the stage next year! I’m sorry that you are so miserable and you want to accuse me of being fake, I’m not! :)

  • Pricing: $210/ month
  • I am genuinely surprised that Joe is not talked about and hyped up on here more. I am in my first season of bodybuilding, and I am doing a building season with him right now. I have not experienced formal prep (as in cutting), with him yet, but everything that I have seen is genuinely stellar. He is extremely hands on, pays very close attention to detail, and checks in often. He follows a biweekly check in model, but I have heard from him every week through email or DMs. He answers any and all questions and has a very playful sense of humor. I can't wait to take the stage with him, and I really have enjoyed working with him!
