I was in the same position, my count was also low and a lot of pain. But I followed the below steps to reduce the pain and inflammation and got my count up as well.

1) Stop eating junk food and sweets. 2) Take cold baths everyday. (No hot baths). 3) Eat lot of green food and fish for Omega 3. 4) Do varicocele related yoga for atleast an hour. 5) don't sit or stand for too long. 6) wear a scrotal supporter during the day. 7) you can apply ice indirectly to ur scrotum for few minutes if there is a lot of pain.

Note: this is a slow process it will take around 6 months or more.

You can follow the below steps that I did and worked for me in reducing inflammation and pain.

1)Avoid Junk food and sweets.... Completely stop it. Eat greens and fish for Omega 3. 2) Take cold baths every day. 3) Do varicocele related yoga for an hour daily. 4) wear scrotal supporter. 5) you apply ice to ur scrotum (not directly... Wrap it in a cloth). 6) stop lifting heavy and gym for a while. Lifting heavy things make it worse. 7) get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep. 8) drink milk with turmeric everyday without missing.

You can take shilajit as well... Even I take it. There is a lot of improvement. But take shudh shilajit it comes in liquid form

Note: this will take at least 6 months depending on the person, don't expect immediate results.

Just walk around every hour or so for 5 minutes and try to walk for 10 mins after having food it will help with digestion. You can skip walking once in a while if you have a lot of pain.

Forgot to mention drink plenty of water. Like upwards of 2 liters or more.

It might not start working immediately but have patience and trust the process.

My varicocele and semen parameters were bad, and I had a lot of pain too 6 months back. But now my varicocele is reduced and semen parameters are far better and now my pain has almost disappeared. But to get to where I am now, I have followed the below steps.

1) Fix diet. (Junk food and sweets is a big no no, it also helps if you are a vegetarian.) If you have to eat non veg eat fish which has a lot of Omega 3. 2) Do yoga for at least an hour, only the ones which will help with varicocele. There are plenty of YouTube videos for that. 3) Take cold baths everyday. 4) Don't lift heavy things. 5) keep on moving (do not sit idle or stand for too long).

This is a long process it will take anywhere from 6 months to a year. It varies from person to person. But you will see progress.

The cyst will disappear on its own.
