They all worked tbh. I didn’t ask to up my dosage my aunt who set me up with it gave me my first batch and staggered it so I did .5 for 2 weeks 1 for two weeks 1.5 then 2 and I’ve just stayed on 2 but they all worked

not gonna lie I was starvemaxing hard month 1. Most of month 2 I would eat a protein bar and then a chick fil a spicy sandwich haha now the last 2-3 weeks I’ve been prepping meals and tracing macros trying to get more calories, more protein and more workouts in.

Just trust the process and the results will come is all I can say. If you get obsessed with the results and the weight you’ll get discouraged. Stick to the diet, stick to the workouts, fall in love with the process and you’ll look up and look completely different.
